We operate an appointment system for both doctors and nurses. Urgent cases are seen on the day. If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP. If you do not require an appointment in two days then you can book from one to four weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you. Our patients have a right to express preference of practitioner.
There are different ways to book an appointment.
- You can speak to our receptionist staff and they can book the appointment for you at reception.
- By calling us on 0208 548 5640. Please bear in mind that when the telephone lines open at 8:00 AM, the lines do get very busy due to emergency appointment bookings. So if you are booking a routine appointment or your query is not an urgent matter, please try and call after this busy period.
- You can also book your appointments online. If you do not have your Patient Access Online password yet, please come to reception and bring your proof of ID and address where our receptionist staff can give your access. Once you have access, you can book your appointment online anytime and can also access the other online services available.
The doctors will be available for telephone consultation between the hours of 12:30 – 13:30 and 18:00 – 18:30 except
Thursdays 12:30 – 13:00.
When we are closed
