Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • Due to corona virus online appointment booking service have been suspended until further notice.
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at

How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up

Patient Access Online 

Patients are now able to book their doctors appointments online and view parts of their medical records such as blood test results and immunisation history. Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered via Patient Access Online. To register, please come to reception with your proof of address and proof of identification in order to obtain your login and password details.




We now offer video consultation to our patients. In order to use this service you will need to have online account (Patient Online Access)

If you would like to have a video consultation, Please click here( and select request for video consultation) to complete the request form or use the Health Advice Option within patient online access. Please note that every request for video consultation will be assessed individually and approved by the GP.

Subject Access Request online

The Subject Access Request form is now available online. This is for you to request medical records, hospital letters and private letters. Please note for private letters there is an admin fee and after the request has been received, further notification will be provided. We aim to complete the request within 10 working days. If your are sending the form online, please ensure you attach one form of photo ID. To get more information please click and view the form below:

If you have any problems logging in to your Patient online access account, please visit the Patient Access Contact Support to send them your query or any issues with Online Access. They will also be able to reset the account for you if you have forgotten your login details.
